I received our “official” Chinese New Year photos in the mail and was most pleased! Â We’re all looking at the camera. Â We’re all smiling. Â No one has a goofy look on their face. Â It’s a first, I think.
Forgive the picture of a picture thing, but…
Not bad! Â We’re having our family portraits taken again in April…the natural, casual clothes, outside kind. Â I’m extremely excited, since MckMama is taking them! Â Her blog is on the sidebar under “Love to Read – My Charming Kids”. Â She’s seriously good, and had a handful of openings for her shoots while in Charlotte. Â We snagged one. Â Now, I’ll start to fret over what we’re wearing pretty soon.
We let the littles have their photos taken individually since…well, they get to be the privileged ones at CNY :)
Maybe not her best smile ever, but such a cutie with gorgeous Chinese eyes :)
Caught in the middle of a giggle, I think. Â And, his outfit will last him for YEARS. Â Seriously.
I think we all cleaned up pretty well!

LOVE IT!! We went to Mike & JoAnn’s where Grandmom was eating dinner and visited and I took the 5″x7″ group photo that you gave me…they loved it!! So excited that you’ll be having a family portrait in April! Jeans & white or red shirts would be great for outdoor casual pictures! In the meantime, I’ll be taking THIS one to show off!! =)

Love the group picture and to not have at least one “goofy” face in the bunch is nothing short of a miracle. LOL
Lainey is cute in her outfit and when she smiles, her eyes still “disappear.”
Dylan does look like he is mid giggle, but then he giggles so much it would be hard to catch him when he wasn’t giggling.
I will have to save the picture of a picture so I have a picture to show…???!!??
