Two homeschool moms in our area must love to dance, because they’ve devoted a lot of their time to arrange fun dances for homeschooled kids in our area. Â Abbey has enjoyed two of these so far, and tonight was Marley, Payton, and Ethan’s turn. Â The Cherry Blossom Ball is their first dance. Â They were excited, but a bit nervous too. Â Randy is out picking them up right now. Â I can’t wait to hear how it went!
Don’t they look nice?! Â And, so grown up.
** Update: Â They had a BLAST. Â Marley’s comment: Â “When is the next one?!?” Â And, our boys were two of only FOUR boys. Â They quickly realized that being nearly the only boys in a whole room full of girls isn’t such a bad thing ;)

I’m gonna try NOT to do the typical “Granma” thing and sob..”you’re so grown up!!” But I must say you 3 look totally FABULOUS!!!
Are you kidding?? Two of only four boys…hopefully that will change as time goes on..for Marley, anyway!! LOL We’re glad you guys had a good time and can’t wait till the next dance. By the way, Marley…love LOVE your sandals!! Now, go to church and SMILE =) at your photo session!! Love ya!!!

They do look great and, yes, very “Growny” (don’t think that is a real word). Being 2 out of only 4 boys might have been great for Ethan and Payton, but for Marley it meant 2 out of the 4 were her brothers. I would love to have been a fly on the wall so I could have seen them, wouldn’t you?
There WILL be many more dances for them to go to. Maybe next time more of the boys will want to attend. Did you and Randy give them tips on dancing? If I remember correctly, the two of you were pretty good dancers !
