So, where did THESE kids go? Happy 14th birthday to Marley, Payton, and Ethan! I’ll post more pics asap…between all 5 birthday kiddos, we’ve been partying for the last 72 hours! And, we still have a birthday dinner to go. :)

Yes, where DID they go?? This is such a sweet picture of our triplets…and basically they haven’t changed too much, just matured a little. Hope they had a fabulous birthday today…and our singing to them (ahem) was not quite as bad as when we sang to the littles the other day!
I thought of these three very special teens this morning just a little after 2 AM. I reminisced back to 14 years ago…at Duke Hospital. When I was in the delivery room with you & Randy just before you gave birth, I remember my glasses were fogged up by tears that I was trying to stop. What a very unforgettable day that was…just ask Ann, Paul, Ron, Kathy and Joe. Right after they were born, we stood in a circle holding hands and Ron said a very emotional prayer. We thank God for our 3 miracle babies who have turned into quite the pretty and handsome teenagers today!!!

I wasn’t there for the delivery, but I was just thinking this weekend about the waiting period … sitting in the room with Donna one evening, watching that paper scroll out of the monitor (heart rates/contractions?), trying to figure out if we needed to call a nurse. It IS hard to believe that 14 years have passed since that hot summer.
