Another month has passed, and Lainey has now been with us for 8 months! A few tidbits on her now: she can now do a forward rolll…she can use a straw to drink (most of the time)…she weighs about 32 lbs…she loves lollipops and clementines…she has a different “favorite” blanket everytime she goes to bed…she rarely wants her stuffed animals in her bed with her anymore…her favorite sign (and thing) is “cookie”…she is a total copy cat and imitates everything we do…and one of her favorite things to do is steal your chair :)
Like we told a friend today, she is our joy. We wonder what we did for dinner table entertainment before she joined us…she’s a stinker and a ham and loves to make us laugh out loud.Â

WOW!! Eight months…where is the time going?!! Lainey is getting bigger and her hair is getting longer! What a difference from DAY ONE…Feb. 18th!! The “airplane” photos are so cute, and it’s so sweet that Marley teaches her little sis to play computer games…she’s a real “pro”!! I love the fact that Lainey loves to make you guys laugh out loud! That’s one of MANY reasons that we love to visit…LAUGHTER is always happening!!! :) Tee Hee!!! It’s awesome how good Ethan is doing in baseball…”Go EJ!!”

Eight months already? Wow! Where does the time go? Adam and Jeane have almost been home now for 6 months! Weird, huh? Glad to see Lainey is SO happy!!!!!

She is absolutely beautiful and whoever took those pictures is an artist, especially the “airplane” photos. Emma loves playing airplane as well, and she has special drool bombs for her brothers….
We also cannot imagine our family without our new daughter and I am getting more impatient with people that cannot get their hearts and heads around adoption.
I am so thankful that you guys are together forever… beautiful family (except Randy of course, but I still love him)
