A Christmas tradition that will NEVER end…making Sugar Cookies for Christmas! And, these aren’t just any cookies. My mom received a cookie press as a wedding shower gift 40+ years ago, and I grew up making these with her every single Christmas. She passed the press down to me years ago, and now the cookie making is my job. The recipe that came with the press is the one we use and they are SO good. Here are pics from our cookie making day…

That is some SERIOUS cookie making you all are doing. Especially Abbey. Wouldn’t mind having a couple of them right now to eat.
Even though Lainey didn’t get to help make the cookies, I will bet you she will do her share of eating them.

Now that makes me think of last Christmas when I helped make those delicious cookies!! They look as good as they did last year…you guys did great!! Can’t wait to eat some SOON!! Love the 2 pics of Lainey…want prints!! Yeah, Abbey has her serious “cookie making face” on…it sorta looks like her ball-playing face!! THANKS for sharing the tradition…it makes me feel so special!! The cookies look delicious and it looks like all had fun making them. We made cookies last night with Graeme. He is so funny as he tries to figure out all that is going on around him. Enjoy Lainey’s first Christmas home! Hugs to all!

finally– i got a new password so i can comment!!! my mom has that EXACT same cookie press- we call those cookies “sprtizes” (have no idea why)
